- $130 cash or check for a 60 minute session
Insurance
I currently accept the following insurance:
- Aetna (regular)
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, PPO
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, HMO
- Cigna
- Optum
- Oscar Health
- Oxford
- United Behavioral Health
I do not bill Out-Of-Network insurance plans and you would need to pay the private pay fee ($130). In that case, I will provide you a detailed receipt so you may then file the session with your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
I will send you an email invitation to set up your account via Headway’s platform. Headway will then verify your benefits and estimate what you will owe for each of your sessions.
Payment
I accept cash, checks, most major credit cards, and Zelle as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be billed for the full rate of the session.
